Qi gong


Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese technique that has been practiced for thousands of years. Its focus on slow movements and breathing has a calming effect and aids the body’s own healing process.

People of all ages can benefit from practicing Qi Gong. It can reduce tension, improve sleep and create a sense of balance in everyday life. Once the movements have been mastered they can be used anywhere as a tool to better cope with mental fatigue and stress.

Ingela Kullman has many years’ experience as a Qi Gong instructor and is also a teacher of Physical Education and Swedish language. Ingela has been studying acupuncture for the past three years.
